Southern Traditions, LLC, is a residential construction company founded in 2003 by Robert and Megan Carter. Robert has nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

Southern Traditions currently builds in Hanover, Henrico, Chesterfield, New Kent, Goochland Counties, building custom homes from $300,000 to over $750,000. We build eight to ten homes per year, keeping our number of projects manageable so we can focus on the details, and give a high level of attention to each home.
