Primarily, Blue Ridge Custom Homes exist to build custom homes on individual lots. Annual volume varies, of course, with current projections around 50 homes a year. Blue Ridge Custom Homes also constructs additions, remodeling, renovation, and a variety of home improvement projects. Virtually any residential construction project is a possibility.
