Chesdin Landing’s 2023 assessments are $482.00 per quarter. Coupon booklets are sent directly to you annually, OR you may also sign up for automatic payments after your first payment. Choose one of two options to make online payments at www.communitygroup.com using your account number. Click on the blue account log in link near the center of the page to register to view your account and pay with credit card or E-check (nominal fee). Then, follow the blue recurring payments link to www.kliknpay.com. There you can register for a fixed automatic deduction or initiate and control each payment on the web, free of charge, directly from your bank account. If you want to learn more about what we do and be involved, don’t hesitate to attend our monthly meetings. They are on the second Thursday of each month, 6:00 PM at the clubhouse.
