Town Square is a website/app platform developed by Associa Community Group for community members to communicate with the community manager, Anthony Murphy and vice versa.

Communication on Town Square can include neighborhood events, HOA board meeting date and times, documents such as budget, bylaws, rules and any other pertinent neighborhood information. Please use this forum for general HOA questions, to pay HOA dues, request attention to any issues.

HOA Board meetings are held quarterly and open to all residents. An annual meeting is held each December and is always open to all residents. Dates and times of meetings are posted on Time Square.

If you should call before 9:00 a.m., after 5:00 p.m., or on weekends, your call may be diverted to our answering service. If it is an emergency call that is an immediate threat to life, health or property, the officer on duty will be paged by the answering service and will

Chesdin Landing’s 2023 assessments are $482.00 per quarter. Coupon booklets are sent directly to you annually, OR you may also sign up for automatic payments after your first payment. Choose one of two options to make online payments at www.communitygroup.com using your account number. Click on the blue account log in link near the center of the page to register to view your account and pay with credit card or E-check (nominal fee). Then, follow the blue recurring payments link to www.kliknpay.com. There you can register for a fixed automatic deduction or initiate and control each payment on the web, free of charge, directly from your bank account. Please be advised that your first payment has to be mailed in using your coupon unless your payment is not due for the first thirty days. Automatic payments will stay in effect until you cancel. If your unit is sold, make sure to cancel the automatic payment.
Assessment Payment Collection Policy: Please make every effort to pay your quarterly assessment on time. Assessments are considered late if they are not received within 30 days after they are due. After 30 days, a late fee of$10.00 may be charged to your account, after 60 days a $25.00 administrative fee will be charged to your account.

Chesdin Landing Women’s Association (CLWA) exists to promote and strengthen our community by creating and supporting opportunities to gather and build friendships. We typically publicize CLWA events via The Chesdin Chatter, Nextdoor, Evites (email invitations), flyers, and banners at both entrances. CLWA is open to all women in Chesdin Landing.

If you want to learn more about what we do and be involved, don’t hesitate to attend our monthly meetings. They are on the second Thursday of each month, 6:00 PM at the clubhouse.

Amenities at Chesdin Landing

Amenities included in your HOA dues include an Olympic competition swimming pool, lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball court, fitness center, biking & walking trails, playground and trash service. The pavilion rental is handled by the golf board. Call the golf pro shop for assistance at 804-590-0031 Golf play is a separate entity with available membership. Call the golf pro shop for details.

Pool Information for Residents

Pool Membership Application and Pool Passes: Pool passes WILL BE required for entry to the pool. To obtain a pool pass please e-mail a completed Pool Membership Application to Anthony Murphy. The application can be found on the portal and Town Square. Assessments need to be current prior to pool passes being issued.

Keep cards always. Yearly stickers will be mail prior to each pool season. Cost for
replacement cards is $10.

Pool Guest Passes: Guests are $5.00 for each pool visit in 2023. Please pay the lifeguard upon entering the pool area. Either cash or checks are acceptable.
Pool Party Rental: Rental of the entire pool for private parties is currently not allowed. For parties of more than 10 guests in attendance please contact Anthony Murphy at amurphy@communitygroup.com. Pool party form in portal and can be found on Town Square.

Tennis Courts and Pickleball:

Lighted tennis courts available for the use of Chesdin Landing Residents. Courts are first come and do not have reservations.

Fitness Center

The fitness center is open 24 hours and can be accessed in after hours of the clubhouse by using Open Path phone app. Complete the address form and submit to ChesdinLnd@aol.com to receive the Open Path link. For gym access after hours each homeowner needs a separate email address and a smartphone. Richmond Security will send you an email with the app information and instructions. You will need to open the email from your phone, download the app and go back to the email to follow instruction. If you have children that are over the age of 16 you will be able to add them as a guest from your app. The doors will not be locked during regular business hours so if you do not plan on visiting the gym after hours you will not need the access app. You will need to bring your phone with you to gain access afterhours.

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) regulates the external design, appearance and locations of properties and improvements within Chesdin Landing. The ARC reviews and approves, modifies or disapproves written applications submitted by owners and the association for improvements or additions to lots, homes and/or common areas. Periodic inspections are conducted to determine compliance with the architectural standards. Guidelines for modification can be found on the documents tab in Town Square. To make a modification to your property, the Architectural Exterior Change form can be found in the portal. The form must be completed and sent to the review committee. Chesdin Landing mailbox decals can be purchased at the sales office for $8 a pair. If you need to change the name on the mailbox sides you can paint over the existing name if it was engraved and/or purchase black vinyl lettering to add or change the last name. Names are not mandatory, only street address.

Basic white paint to refresh mailbox post can be used and purchasing a black box from a hardware store can also be used. If you prefer to use the mailbox company, contact Sign Engraving at 804-744-7749. Also Bill’s Handyman Service can repair or replace mailboxes contact Bill Valentine at 315-806-6706 if you have any question please call the sales office.

Trash collection is provided by GFL. Trash collection day is Friday. If you are a new resident and need a trash can contact the sales office at 804-590-9900 or email to ChesdinLnd@aol.com

Recycling is not provided by the HOA. Residents can contact GFL to set up recycling starting July 1, 2023. The best way to do this is https://www.gflenv.com/
